“I started Evergreen | Zen to spread ideas that impact the planet in a positive way. In 2007, social entrepreneurship was just bubbling to the surface and companies were starting to understand that social and environmental responsibility was not only better for their businesses also for their customers, employees, and the planet.” – Shaun Shulba

Seeing the shift in consciousness, Shaun began building a tribe of leaders made up of entrepreneurs, disruptors and engineers that adopted the same principals.

The concept was to build a family of companies which shared the same vision, passion and goals while complementing and supporting each other’s commercial needs.

The result was a strong group of companies operating in 4 countries around the world. With projects spanning from technologically advanced sustainable housing for Dow Chemicals to giant robotic claw games for Fosters Beer, the group now operates 6 business units.

The Evergreen | Zen Collective was created by Entrepreneurs for Entrepreneurs. We have put together a collection of tools, talent, and advisers that build businesses beyond tradition and beyond borders.

“Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.” –Andrew Carnegie
